What we are working towards

• Intimate spaces. Concerts in medieval churches, towers, libraries, galleries, and historic houses. Places where the voice carries and the silence matters.
• Candlelit evenings. Performances where music and silence carry equal weight. Time to listen, to breathe, to be present.
• New repertoire. Working with composers to build a body of work written for four voices. Music that did not exist before, created in collaboration.
• Across centuries. Programmes that put ancient polyphony next to contemporary works, revealing conversations between periods, traditions, and ways of thinking about sound.
• Recording. Projects dedicated to capturing new Irish vocal chamber music. Making sure this work is heard, shared, and preserved.
• Workshops and retreats. Exploring one-to-a-part ensemble singing. The craft of chamber musicianship. How to listen, how to breathe together, how to trust the people on either side of you.
• Beyond music. Collaborations with poets, visual artists, and writers. Performances where music exists in dialogue with other art forms, reaching audiences in unexpected ways.
