Réalt, the professional vocal consort from Unhinged, is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications from singers wishing to join the ensemble.
Built around the art of one-to-a-part singing, Réalt brings four voices together in repertoire that spans medieval and Renaissance polyphony, contemporary composition, Irish-language music, folk traditions, and newly commissioned works. Under the artistic direction of Oran Tobin, the ensemble performs at the highest artistic level, guided by attentive listening, shared purpose, and a commitment to music of stillness, landscape, memory, ritual, and human connection.
Membership of Réalt is by audition. Singers interested in joining are invited to email hello@unhinged.ie to arrange an audition with the artistic director, offering an opportunity to sing for the ensemble and to learn more about its repertoire, rehearsal commitments, and performance calendar.
Réalt looks forward to hearing from singers who share its ambition for exceptional chamber singing. Applications and enquiries should be directed to hello@unhinged.ie.
